About the CV Rugby Club
Rugby is an Olympic Sport that combines running, tacking, passing, and kicking all in an effort to score a Try (touchdown) in the opponent’s goal (end zone). EVERYONE on the team gets to run, pass, kick and score. The rugby coaches GUARANTEE that one season of RUGBY will make you better at every other sport you enjoy playing. Because play is continuous, anyone seeking to improve fitness while having fun should plan to sign up to try RUGBY.
The CV Boys rugby teams have finished in the national rankings each of the past 6 years. CV’s team has reached the state finals in 5 of the past 6 seasons (2014 to 2019) and won the State Championship in 2014, 2015, and 2018. Be part of this year’s championship campaign.
The CV Rugby Club takes its role in teaching and molding is players seriously. We strive to instill the following core values in all of the members of our programs.
