February 16, 18, 23 and 25 @ 4:15 PM to 5:45 PM – Rugby Fitness, Skills and Touch Rugby
Week of March 1st: Practices for all players, Mon to Thurs, 4:15 to 6:15 PM
Weight room – if the school permits (and we have applied) we will lift for the next month in the school’s weight training room.
